Belt and Road International Day Official Entry Released in Six UN Languages
 
(NewYork News of Silk Road News Agency)With 77 days to go until the 13th Belt and Road International Day (December 16), the World Peace Ribbon Organization (WPRO) released the official entry for the Belt and Road International Day via the Earth Encyclopedia website on October 30. The entry is available in six United Nations official languages: Chinese, English, Russian, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
 
The entry, designed to be concise and informative, covers the introduction, origin, formal establishment process, and significance of the Belt and Road International Day. Friends from around the world have sent letters expressing their congratulations.
 
The Belt and Road International Day is observed annually on December 16 and was established by the World Peace Ribbon Organization (WPRO). It was jointly initiated by 1,216 international civil scholars, including Chen Entian and Ji Chaozhu, aiming to respond to, commemorate, and disseminate the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) for international cooperation.
 
Rooted in civil society and connecting the globe, the Belt and Road International Day uses cultural commemorative events as a carrier to regularly disseminate the ancient Silk Road spirit of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. It builds an important platform for friendly exchanges, mutual learning among civilizations, and economic, trade, and cultural exchanges among peoples of all countries, thereby facilitating the civil implementation, people-to-people connectivity, and global dissemination of the Belt and Road Initiative.
